As the former Customer Service Co-ordinator, LaQuita managed all aspects of our customer service area including order entry, shipping, invoicing, inventory managemant, and general technical questions. Now, laquita will also spend time hiring, training and motivating the rep sales force as well as overseeing all Side-Lite^TM operations.

Side-Lite^TM was founded by Paul Seider and Barbara Casper in June, 1997 to supply a full line of fluorescent emergency ballasts to the lighting industry. Paul was formerly the owner of Radiant Illumination. The combined strengths and past experience of Paul Seider and Barbara Casper in the emergency lighting ballast business, proved to be a major asset in providing a high quality, extremely reliable product line. Side-Lite's products are sold through manufacturers' representatives who are familiar with their local markets.

A fluorescent emergency ballast provides reliable emergency lighting during a power failure. Since our products are installed inside or adjacent to the lighting fixture, they do not interfere with the design or decoration of the interior space. They may be used with new or existing fixtures.

Fluorescent emergency ballasts from Side-Lite are assembled in the U.S. and competitively priced to meet or exceed our customer's expectations. Our products are stocked in many areas of the country for ready availability.
